Seattle currently has the hottest housing market in the United States and with this comes increased market competition as well as increased market complexities that can be hard to understand without assistance. With easy to understand answers to questions such as “is it better to rent or buy?” and “What’s the Growth Management Act (GMA)?”, the Housing Translator website is a unique tool for those exploring the real estate market.

According to a recent Realtor Mag’s article, buyer competition in the Seattle housing market has increased as more people move to the Puget Sound, approximately 200 people are registering for Washington State driver’s licenses every day.
